Question: Dear dr.
i had rhinoplasty operation 6 month ago(1 week more than 6 month).my nose had a swellin in these month but from 2 month ago till now this swellin is become worse.i mean each day is worse than last day.(tip of my nose and the region around it has a significant swelling and i can touch the swelling).what can i do?(i never experience allergy in past)do i need to use any drug?

Answer: This can be related to allergies but most likely it is post-operative swelling. You need to wait about 6 more months and re-evaluate you nose at that time. Make sure that at nights, you are not causing injury to your nose while you are sleeping (twisting and turning).
